Where in the UK are you from?

What was your first theatrical experience, either on stage or in the auditorium?
Performing in an adaptation of “The Handless Maiden”, as part of a youth theatre. I played the Devil. I peaked early.

What was your first experience of Brecht?
Briefly studying his style at college.

What was your first experience of The Caucasian Chalk Circle?
The audition process/reading the play after being cast!

What was your first thought when you heard about a production of The Caucasian Chalk Circle?
Sounds very interesting, and not something I’d done before. I always enjoy a challenge.

Tell us the title of your favourite play.
Accidents Happen.

Who is your theatrical inspiration?
An old acting teaching of mine, Andy Burden.

If you had to choose, who is your favourite actor?
Javier Bardem or Jon Bernthal, they both blow me away.

What’s your favourite party game?
Beer Pong!
